the final showdown

The only thing now that's standing between us and graduation from poly is the final exams. Saw people counting down to the last paper on facebook and twitter.

While having these headaches over will mean it's finally my phuket/bangkok trip (flying on the 5th!) and moving back home in about a month or two, I'm sure most of you will agree that like me, you'll feel senselessly lost. Unlike the previous 2.5 years where we still had school to look forward to after the long break, this time we're all heading in different directions for good.

Right now, I'm just gonna savour the anticipation towards the end of everything. What comes after (UNI!!!), we'll just see. :>

At my current point in life, sleeping at 12am is considered early. 2am is normal, 4am rather late, and 6am, not impossible.

work, stop calling out to me!

One thing I hate about bringing work home is that it bugs me even when I'm not specifically working on it. Even as I sit here and browse the net, it feels as though the unanswered emails are calling out to me, making me need (yes, need.. not want!) to answer them. Though it was only a matter of time since one alternative weekend day I'll be on shift to work from home, I wish I never found out how to access the company's systems from home so soon. :(

Ever the gentleman,

My brother was heading downstairs to cook himself some supper and asked if I wanted some too. I requested for 7-min boiled egg and bread, along with warm water. He prepared all those and sent them up to my room! And he did it all happily and very much willingly, I must say ;D

The egg was cooked perfectly and it's a little oozy inside while still firm on the outside. So yummy~ What a perfect supper to end off the long night! :)
