Starry, starry night

Photos from CNY 2008. It's been a lovely week and I guess I'll just give a run-down of what happened in this length of time!

Monday
Met up with Kong to go Macritchie to jog. We were supposed to meet at Macritchie at 8am but due to some unforeseen circumstances (such as me getting lost), the two of us wound up at Botanical Gardens instead and we had a 15min jog before having breakfast. After that, we headed to Kbox for some karaoke fun (; I was really glad to have spent the time with you, Kong! Hope that we'll be able to meet up with Poon & Tan before our holidays end. Love~

Tuesday
There was a briefing in school for BA Envoys regarding the PED (Poly Experience Day) and I was a little late for it. It turned out to be the exact same thing as what I was taught for BAOC; the same lecturer, the exact same slides, the same jokes?! After that was lunch with Gladys at Clementi central before I returned home. My brother managed to get me hooked onto Maple Story again so I attempted to download it then went to work @ JP.

Wednesday
Gla Gla and I decided to go shopping/browsing since everyone else was busy/at camp so we meet up at City Hall & walked around the area. The GSS is on! Let's go to Bugis someday before school starts again (;

Thursday
Yesterday was the filming of the video for our CEM (event module) project. We took the MRT train at the purple line in circles and I got charged for overstaying again :( Afterwhich we had lunch at the Bishan Chicken Rice place Fion raved about. Hehehe. The train ride home was incredibly long~

Friday
Went to school in the morning for PMKT project meeting & it was the first time I wasn't (considered) late. Yayyyy~ We found out more about the product that we are gonna present on and had a bit of a kpop discussion thing after that. And I went off to work at night again.

I love days like these, where work & play seem to balance :)

Photo update

Okay, so here's a pictorial update of what I've been up to recently.

Helped out as ushers at the Revenue Management Seminar in school along with fellow TR03-ians (: Quite a number who attended this seminar were (general & sales) managers and such from the hospitality industry. We were all melting under the blazers, somewhat.

Next up is our presentation to SKM for our events project. Traffic light colours for Initiative on the Move! I guess we managed to show our team spirit. We had a fun time preparing for this presentation ;D

And the Project Heads, marketing department as well as programme department of the CEM project (mentioned above). We filmed some parts for the trailers that day at various MRT stations and trains, shuttling about to prevent being caught. A special thanks to the SJazz people for helping us out too! *We look really yellow, like the Simpsons characters!*

Programme Dept minus Joan.

And I want to bake rainbow cupcakes!! :O It'll be the holidays soon (;

hunger pangs

Time has passed rather quickly and it's already nearing the end of another semester! Hahah, I've got an urge to bake :P The holidays are coming! Large chunks of BCOMM was cleared today, with the submission of the long report & the networking accessment. Total: 20% + 25% = 55% I think. Super heavy weightage.

But common tests start tomorrow- yes, on a Saturday! :O Thank goodness there's only 2 papers (+ 1 extra Korean exam). ATRM ATRM ATRM. Really hope that I'll do well for this paper. Okay, it's 2.35am now and I've better go to bed. (:

only youuu~

I think staying back in school has become a habit :) Canteen 1 was TR03's hidout this weekend! Was there on Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday (it made me rather disorientated about what day of the week it is). It's our presentation to SKM later on and I hope that they will be able to see all the effort that we've put into this.

Ah, plus my sister's back from her trip overseas. Listening to her talk about this trip made me want to travel too. I guess it's the feeling of somewhat being free, taking in others' culture at your own time and the new experience. Oh and I appreciate the harry potter keychain she got me. HP's hair is like a paint brush. Funnnyyy.
