It's one of those rainy days again, where everything seems dreary and you can't help but to think & contemplate.

I feel like I owe a lot to the people around me be it in terms of friendship, time and attention. But sometimes life is such... one'll never feel satisfied with what they have and don't realize what they have to offer to others.

As for me right now, I need to feel a lot more motivated towards my studies! Common tests are looming closer day by day but I haven't started studying yet :(

Just saying

Work was a mad rush again today. It seems like we're always on our feet and always seemingly busy but there are times when it's even busier than usual - which is sometimes hard to imagine! Still, it does happen.

But the worse would be having irate people shouting/scolding you for something you did not do. Yes, we all contribute towards mistakes that happen since we are working together as a team but I don't find it right to be shouted at at such an irrational manner. I feel that it's the respect between people that should always be maintained, as well as their dignity. Be happy, people! Be understanding, customers! Happy customers, happy servers, happy atmosphere. It doesn't matter if we're busy then, because if everyone's in a patient and mood, everything somehow feels like it'll work out better.

I have to stop letting the water valves open whenever I feel stressed and pressurized while handling strangers. That said, I wonder what interesting incidences will happen during my internship...

Our life is what we make it out to be. If you believe that you are happy, then you are. Simple as that! That's probably why I wish & choose to live my life being content and happy everyday.

Anyway, photo was taken on our "3 for $1" day! We had great hawker food after that. Om nom nom nom... I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post up pictures of the food we had, but those who are participating in our amazing food race event, you won't be disappointed! And it's worth it! Hey, you're being paid to eat good food after all :)

photo from jenhammer.com.

I've got to go for work later on in the morning, so this update will be a short one. I went out with Fion & Cab just now and we had lots of amazing food. From Katsu curry don (delicious curry), Tokyo Chicken Soup from The Soup Spoon, macarons... to Shrimp Crackers, Häagen-Dazs, IKEA meatballs & cold water shrimps, prawn chee cheong fan~ eating, eating & eating. I love yummy food so it was great. Can't wait till the next time I get to eat all these. In fact, I'm hungry again :(

The best part? It costed less than $15 per person cause we shared (and had a voucher for Häagen-Dazs, thanks to my brother). Gladys, you missed out! Hahahah, hopefully our site recce/food hunt on Thursday will be awesome as well. (:

TAM TAM

ECD presentation, over~~ People seem to like Tam Tam (our plushies), which is great, cause so do we! Let's sail smoothly through the rest of this project. Go go go ~

Ohhhh.. I want a 2010 빅뱅 캘린더 (big bang calendar) and 2010 빅뱅 다이어리 (big bang diary)!! Christmas buddy, buy me one please? *-*

Bicycle, come home

Where do lost things go? Bicycle, please come back home.

I'm hungry

Hah, indecisive brother, you. Sometimes having a conversation with you makes me all confused and want to pull my hair out because you can't decide what's best for yourself, and I can't help you with that. But I try anyway, just because. Hope that after working through this holidays, you'll be more independent!

Attachment notices are coming way too soon. I haven't even really decided which scope of hospitality that I want to venture into (hotels, F&B, events, travel) but the slots for overseas internship with various companies are already out and we've got to make decisions for it by next week. Once again, it'll be a clash of personal versus financial interests. Won't it be great if money weren't a problem in going overseas & travelling? I'd want to visit different places every week then!

simple wishes

I really feel like I'm losing control over myself and all the "inner self-discipline" is declining to nil. The reliance on my laptop and the internet seems to be taking precedence over everything else, which is really unhealthy. It's easy to save that I'll promise myself to not spend so much time on the computer but to actually carry those words out in action isn't easy. Afterall, words remain simply as empty promises if not carried out accordingly, aren't they?

Happy 21st birthday, tong! Hope that you liked the simple celebration and the soup-less XLBs. :)

eye candy

Tomorrow's the Travel & Destination Management (TDM) paper but I've got no motivation whatsoever to study for it :( I miss the times in China where you HAVE to study because there's nothing else better to do in the dorm than to wash clothes and go to the supermart for groceries. After the trip, I constantly crave for steamed prawns and keep feeling the 'want' to travel. Perhaps it was too easy to get around over there~ Getting to Macau by foot and to Hong Kong by a 1h ferry ride...

♡ 섭섭

Introducing to you, BEAST. No group will be as 'beastly' as 2PM though, lol. Heheh, look at his (yoseob's) dimples! It makes me feel happy looking at his smile.

Sometimes, I see kpop as a means of escape. It's something that my family doesn't understand but that's all the better for me, to immerse in whatever shows or music that I watch/listen to without getting disturbed at home. Kind of feels like a wall that I build up that no one else can enter? "A world of my own..." At least it helps to regulate my mood swings slightly and keeps me happy. Am on a mission to make all my days as cheerful & with as little negativeness as possible~ Please help me out if you can!

beast is the b2st

1 project down, several more to come for this semester~ Thank you lovely group members who made this 10% assignment a painless one! Still wishing that I have a photocopy of the journal though.

Everything's been pretty much fine and dandy, but I can't help but to have this feeling that I could do more in my life. I've got this itch to do something that will really make myself feel happy, and not just cheerful from being in school & around my friends. Not quite sure what I've got to do to make myself feel satisfied yet, but I'll probably figure it out soon enough...

回家了

I'm back home! To my room, my bed, the sweet smells of Singapore. I swear, the air really does smell different here. It's a familiar smell I can't quite describe, but it's definitely nice :) And I realized that I came home to a bit of emptiness. The house's pretty quiet and according to my sister, she's usually alone at home so I can anticipate that for the rest of the near future, it will just be me and my grandparents at home in the daytime.

When I came back last night, I was filled with this sense of sadness. Perhaps because my family members were saying how much they were missing me (just as I missed them too) but after giving out all the presents and coming up to my room, everyone seemed to disappear. Back to where they were from, back to where they have to go. And I haven't seen them since. Reminds me of how everyone just goes about with their lives, whether or not you're around.

coming soon

One & a half more days to Singapore!

I miss home & my family. Part of me is glad that I'm leaving that I know that I'll miss the times here at Zhuhai as well. It is here where friends are my family and we work & play together! Hope that the project presentation goes well tomorrow. Then, we'll be able to go down to 拱北 to shop for the last time without anything (i.e. projects & tests!) weighing on our minds. Looking forward to everything!

I'm in CHINA!!

Go to fishnfries.livejournal.com for updates on my trip here in Zhuhai, China.

Will be heading to Hong Kong tomorrow afternoon for a ride on the Peak Tram and to do some shoppingggg! Am hoping to get as much stuff as I am while there's still the chance to. :D

Anyway, I'll be back home in another 7 to 8 days. Time really flies! T__T

Last day

Drumroll....

I'll be leaving on a jetplane tomorrow! Not sure if it's a jet or simply a plane.. but yah, you get the idea. In these few days, I managed to squeeze in time with the girls from cross country, met up with my mum, went shopping for supplies at Chinatown with Gla Gla, and worked (lots of it). I feel thankful for all the love and concern given by everyone & really appreciate everything.

Still considering whether to bring my 하마 (Ha Ma) there but I'm guessing that it (she/he??) will help me cope with being away from home (: I'll miss my family there... and all the conveniences that life in Singapore has to offer. My brother's quite upset that he can't go to the airport to send me off tomorrow and I'm touched that he's so concerned.

Packing is such a bother! More worried about my luggage exceeding 20kg when I get back to Singapore than if it is too heavy now.

Am still thinking of ways to combat the great firewall of China to be able to be updated with all the kpop news while I'm there. Hopefully LJ won't be blocked! Ah, and 2PM better not have their comeback before I'm back in sgp!!!

Anyway, see you in Zhuhai! I will see if the HK airport still has all the water hole things by the runway. Hahahah.

time

Countdown: 5 more days!

Hahah, blogger's so screwed up nowadays. Just hope that it'll work 100% in China! It's late already and I haven't started packing yet T__T Should really get started. Hmmhm.. the initial excitement for OIP has worn off and what's left over is simply responsibilities? Nonetheless, it is something to look forward to :D

It's overrr

Yeppppp, exams are all over & it's time to enjoy the holidays :D The CEM paper was pretty much a miracle since I only used 1 day to study but it went surprisingly well. TR03-ians trooped to Bugis for Porridge Steamboat after the paper and I had fun eating the crabs (so sweet!) & straw mushrooms, hehe. The shop assistants were helpful & hot porridge was shiok so all was good~ We took 'class neoprints' in 2 groups after that. Hopefully it'll be scanned & zoomed properly so we can all share the pictures!

Feeling hungry now at 2.35am with no food to eat :( Awwww. Anyway, let's enjoy our time now! I'll be working hard to earn more money for the Zhu Hai trip!

pushing on

I'm doing up my study notes right now & it's a really dull process :( Can't wait till the examinations are over-- holidays & 珠海! Everyone, let's hang in there till the 25th!

future tour guide?

I'm done with quite a few assignments & projects for this semester but there's still 2 more to go! Both due around two days later ~_~

Anyway, I'd like to say a hugeee SORRY to my classmates and project group mates for being perpetually late. It's a really really bad habit I know & I'm still in the midst of searching for a solution to getting rid of this behaviour for good! Blame it on my lack of self-discipline... I don't feel the sense of urgency at all even if I am very behind time~

You should take a look at all my receipts for taxi rides; the total cab fare for my several-times-a-week taxi rides are rather hard to imagine? Hahaha, let's just say that the opportunity cost is pretty high 0__0

It's National Day & a Sunday but guess what, I'll be spending the day in school with my dear projectzzz (& mates :D). Wish me luck for the completion of both the ATRM & LAM projects!

Back to work now, 안영 ^^

Am currently rather busy with school + projects + work and everything else life has to offer me. But I'll be back again soon once this busy period (and exams!) are over.

My twitter is updated everyday though. (Go there instead*)

수요일 밤에

Just got to say that after recording my voice 28496XX times for the understanding relationship assignment, I really prefer typing out my thoughts as opposed to being somewhat forced to talk like that. And I dislike having to listen back on what I said because all the flaws, little habits and stuff that is revealed. It's like exposing a vulnerable side of myself then having to keep reliving it :(

Omg the buzzing insect that keeps flying by my left ear is freaking me out. GOING, BYE.

Onew says "Hi"

Still stuck studying LAM and I'm bored out of my mind :( I'm feeling this repulsion towards the word 'leisure' already. Eeeek. Why can't this be leisure too, and not work? There's an average of 40 slides per lecture which equates to a little less than 200 slides of information to digest. Do not want to do this T____T

Really want to crawl into bed and just rest for a moment. But who knows... if I do that, the it would probably be daytime the next time I open my eyes. *Sobs*

Oh and the lack of response to the IOM Art Competition is saddening. I guess our department has to brainstorm for more ideas to make the collage actually materialize. Sending out the 29 mails each was tedious, but calling up those schools will be even worse. I really dislike doing these "salesperson's stuff" - sugar coating one's words. Hmm.. but let's push on anyway!

motor mouth

My prawn-like Merlion with a humongous mane says Hi!

This rapper, called Outsider (아웃사이더), brings the term 'speaking quickly' to a whole new level. The front part of the song is at a relatively normal speed but the fun begins at around 1:50. Be prepared to stare at this video with your mouth open from that point onwards. Hahah! According to comments I've read, he's the second fastest rapper in the world with a record of 17 syllabus in a second :0 Amazing.

My days consist of school, going to work (sometimes), project meetings, plus updating myself with kpop-related news + music. I'm still trying to resist getting a haircut, and succeeding so far (:

Oh and there are some pretty exciting stuff upcoming, such as the 6-week immersion programme in Zhu Hai, China for the TRM year 2s! I managed to get the role of the student host for the Y2Y camp (something like student exchange with Japanese students coming to Singapore), but I might have to forsake it if I want to go for the trip to China... decisions, decisions.

SNSD - Sorry sorry (cover)

This cover by the SNSD girls sounds amazing :) I've already extracted it as an mp3 and it'll definitely be replayed again & again~ Do give it a listen! Check out the other SNSD & Suju covers from this Music Travel LaLaLa show as well.

Starry, starry night

Photos from CNY 2008. It's been a lovely week and I guess I'll just give a run-down of what happened in this length of time!

Monday
Met up with Kong to go Macritchie to jog. We were supposed to meet at Macritchie at 8am but due to some unforeseen circumstances (such as me getting lost), the two of us wound up at Botanical Gardens instead and we had a 15min jog before having breakfast. After that, we headed to Kbox for some karaoke fun (; I was really glad to have spent the time with you, Kong! Hope that we'll be able to meet up with Poon & Tan before our holidays end. Love~

Tuesday
There was a briefing in school for BA Envoys regarding the PED (Poly Experience Day) and I was a little late for it. It turned out to be the exact same thing as what I was taught for BAOC; the same lecturer, the exact same slides, the same jokes?! After that was lunch with Gladys at Clementi central before I returned home. My brother managed to get me hooked onto Maple Story again so I attempted to download it then went to work @ JP.

Wednesday
Gla Gla and I decided to go shopping/browsing since everyone else was busy/at camp so we meet up at City Hall & walked around the area. The GSS is on! Let's go to Bugis someday before school starts again (;

Thursday
Yesterday was the filming of the video for our CEM (event module) project. We took the MRT train at the purple line in circles and I got charged for overstaying again :( Afterwhich we had lunch at the Bishan Chicken Rice place Fion raved about. Hehehe. The train ride home was incredibly long~

Friday
Went to school in the morning for PMKT project meeting & it was the first time I wasn't (considered) late. Yayyyy~ We found out more about the product that we are gonna present on and had a bit of a kpop discussion thing after that. And I went off to work at night again.

I love days like these, where work & play seem to balance :)

Photo update

Okay, so here's a pictorial update of what I've been up to recently.

Helped out as ushers at the Revenue Management Seminar in school along with fellow TR03-ians (: Quite a number who attended this seminar were (general & sales) managers and such from the hospitality industry. We were all melting under the blazers, somewhat.

Next up is our presentation to SKM for our events project. Traffic light colours for Initiative on the Move! I guess we managed to show our team spirit. We had a fun time preparing for this presentation ;D

And the Project Heads, marketing department as well as programme department of the CEM project (mentioned above). We filmed some parts for the trailers that day at various MRT stations and trains, shuttling about to prevent being caught. A special thanks to the SJazz people for helping us out too! *We look really yellow, like the Simpsons characters!*

Programme Dept minus Joan.

And I want to bake rainbow cupcakes!! :O It'll be the holidays soon (;

hunger pangs

Time has passed rather quickly and it's already nearing the end of another semester! Hahah, I've got an urge to bake :P The holidays are coming! Large chunks of BCOMM was cleared today, with the submission of the long report & the networking accessment. Total: 20% + 25% = 55% I think. Super heavy weightage.

But common tests start tomorrow- yes, on a Saturday! :O Thank goodness there's only 2 papers (+ 1 extra Korean exam). ATRM ATRM ATRM. Really hope that I'll do well for this paper. Okay, it's 2.35am now and I've better go to bed. (:

only youuu~

I think staying back in school has become a habit :) Canteen 1 was TR03's hidout this weekend! Was there on Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday (it made me rather disorientated about what day of the week it is). It's our presentation to SKM later on and I hope that they will be able to see all the effort that we've put into this.

Ah, plus my sister's back from her trip overseas. Listening to her talk about this trip made me want to travel too. I guess it's the feeling of somewhat being free, taking in others' culture at your own time and the new experience. Oh and I appreciate the harry potter keychain she got me. HP's hair is like a paint brush. Funnnyyy.

busy times ahead

My e-learning week is completely filled up,

and this is not even counting the stay-at-home tutorial work I have to do by myself due to it being "electrical learning" through the internet.

Will have something on everyday from tomorrow till 31 May due to the numerous projects and various module requirements! (So much so that I'm not even able to work at the restaurant 0____0") JIAYOU!!

Friday, May 22, 2009

something more

Afternoon strawberry snack :P
I've been busy in school lately and time really flies.. it's the 5th week of school already :D A weird thing I realised 2 days ago while walking back home was that it was the first time since school reopened that I was home before dark! Been staying back in school for project discussions or to do my tutorials since I know that my productivity level at home on weekdays is close to nil.

There are quite a few activities ongoing at the moment, such as our CEM project, BCOMM project and other various upcoming events. With these, I don't think that I'll be able to work even though it's e-learning week starting from next monday :(

On a brighter note though, we had our last Safety At Work lesson today where we did our individual presentations on a safety topic. I find it quite funny that it feels as though I'm not talking to anyone in particular during my presentation because only 2 around people were listening. (: [But I found it quite a nice feeling cause it wasn't stressful at all]

Anyway, check out this picture I took of 2 eggs from the fridge. It isn't very obvious from the photo but these 2 eggs are of extremely different sizes! My fridge has little round holes which are meant to hold eggs and the small eggs (chew's brand ones) will just fall through these holes while the large eggs look like they're gonna drop out cause they're too large to fit. Hahhahah random~

Lastly, I'll leave you with a song. (: (:

athletes

Hello girls,

Here you are appearing on my blog again (: I remember on my birthday 2 years back when you all gave me the scrapbook & yihui told me, "you'll definitely cry after looking through this!". Hahha. Though I didn't really feel this way then, but I regard this scrapbook as the best present I've ever received! How is it possible that 4 years of memories & friendship can be captured by this book, that all the photographs inside speak much more than a thousand words?

你们还好吗!Is it possible to meet up soon? For lunch or something.. I don't mind something short. :)

Miss you all,
NEO.

teevee

I have nothing much to talk about other than school, which is quite sad. Projects + tutorials have been keeping me busy and thank goodness it's Friday, cause I feel really tired. 2 days ago, I managed to fall asleep in bed but woke up at 5am to find my laptop still turned on. Apparently, I was just lying on my bed and didn't even realise that I fell asleep T_T

On my way home, the weather was super nice. (: I took a slow walk back from the MRT and was enjoying the cool breeze the fresh smell of rain in the air. Shiok.

Here I am right now, sitting in of the TV watching KBS World's Music Bank!! :D :D Super happy that I have this channel cause now Kpop isn't just confined to the laptop & internet anymore! Super junior, davichi and 2PM are gonna perform later. You can imagine me alone in the living room shrieking in excitement. 0___0

Tuesday, May 12, 2009

helppp

I'm having cramps right now and it feels darn terrible :( The pain's causing me to have a headache and I'm feeling slightly dizzy & nauseous too. It's worse than that time at cruise. I wish I can just sleep this off but there's lots of work to be done T_T

Sigh, no choice but to ENDURE!

a walk a day

I love walking. Whether it was the 10-min walk to school which I used to take from the bus-stop, or walking home from the MRT station, these short walks are usually defined as traveling (in a way). But I choose to think of it as an enjoyment :)

Back in secondary school, whenever I was in a low mood, I would just take a stroll and then enjoy the super empty & quiet 180 bus ride. Kind of miss it now, actually.

I think of all sorts of random stuff in the day but forget everything when I want to blog! Hahahah. K I'm tired, shall end here. Bye!

2PM - 10 Out Of 10

This song has replaced the previous tune in my head. (: Watch in HD! You should see them live.. the tricks they do onstage are amazing ;D

Labour Day

Yep, I spent labour day with my family (brother & dad)! We went for the Circle Line Open House (for SMRT staff) and got to take the brand new circle-line trains plus visit the yet-to-be-opened MRT stations so it was pretty cool. We even went to Kim Chuan Depot which is the world's largest underground depot and had an excursion inside.

I enjoyed myself quite abit cause it's been a really long time since we went out together as a family (though minus my sister) & it was fun (;

My brother & I looking tourist-y. He closed his eyes on purpose! :(

The main focus of this photo is actually the blue sign. (safety @ work??)

Lastly, a collage of us doing silly stuff. All the jumping left us exhausted!

Alright, I've got to rest now. Had double shifts at work today and my feet are aching!

after school

I think Seetoh (pink tee) has the most amusing actions ever. Anyway, this is our 'foreign language club' aka BCOMM project group (:

And I like Wednesdays! :D

Wouldn't it be nice if there were no strings attached.. that I would be able to contact/see her without feeling the need to have your stamp of approval. Wouldn't it be great if some things don't need a reason to happen & everything's just black and white; as simple as it seems? When was the last time you cried till your hands, feet, face, chest are all numb & can't breathe- all for a reason you can't remember after? I guess what I needed was an outlet to let all the stress out.

Monday, April 27, 2009

time time time

Between Purdey's birthday preparations + celebrations (which took up a chunk of time), along with waitress-ing/work, BA_Comm recruitment which I need to prepare for, meeting up with my mum on wednesday in between my classes... I don't have a lot of time left over.

And this means that I need to manage my time well in order to complete all my work/tutorials/etc. Hahah. ATRM homework was quite torturous! Spent around 2 hours doing it. But I can proudly say that I've attempted it, at the very least. (:

Saturday, April 25, 2009

1 minute 1 second

Hahahah CK and I. We were trying to match up to Daryl's signature double twist pose, but failed I guess. I've been staying in school till pretty late for this entire week and it's time to stop playing already. Been sleeping only in the wee hours of the morning & it's something that I'm gonna try to abstain from as well :/ Let's get down to business!

Can feel the usual annoyances creeping up on me and I will try try try to suss them out. Patience, patience come to me~

Ahh & I wonder how Accounting will treat me this semester. May it not turn out like my other math-related modules like Statistics where I was seriously suffering in :S

Tuesday, April 21, 2009

first week

School's pretty relaxing at the moment. It still kind of feels like the holidays, with all the activities for freshies everywhere and not having to attend tutorials. But we were already shocked with the prospect of 2 upcoming projects for CEM at lecture!

Report was due at 5pm yesterday so Ah Lum and I walked all the way to Bukit Timah Plaza to print our reports & bind them cause the school's printing services all seemed to disappear! Plus, there were a lot of people queueing to buy notes and stuff. Headache, headache.. Reports with colour are so darn expensive to print. :(

Hahaha oh I finally got a laptop skin and guess what? It's a batmannnn ;D

ready to go,

Helllooo! Year 2 of poly starts tomorrow and I'm already feeling the stress due to the LAM report due tmr. Right now, I'm looking forward to everything but I'm pretty sure that before long (when all the work starts to pile up), I'll be hoping that the holidays will arrive sooner. (:

Am quite determined to do better next semester & I will work hard to improve!

lots of love

The internet at home is finally up and going! :D

My 7-week school break is coming to an end and I'm a little sad but at the same time, quite excited about school reopening (as always!). I'm just glad that I chose to come to NP cause of my lovely classmates and friends who definitely makes going to school less of a chore. (:

18th Birthday was a blast as well, thanks to TR03! Hahahhaa. Cab came over to my place at around noon on the 14th and we baked coffee cookies, which we brought to the class chalet later on. There were very little people initially, but then I went back to Chevrons after dinner with my family and some of the girls popped out from nowhere and we had a birthday cake. Hahah, and I received my 4-leaf clover card. Thanks for the good luck charm! I'll probably stick it to my laptop or something.

On the 15th, there was another belated surprise which included Fangfang and Purdey who came down from their SCO chalet. I won't elaborate much but I've got to say that Cab & I didn't suspect a thing at all so you all succeeded~

I just want to say a big big THANK YOU to all of you for this double surprise! (双喜临门? double = cab + wenbin.)

Ah and a big thanks to my sister who baked the yummy cake! I really love and appreciate my family a lot, ao much so that there were tears in my eyes as I was making my 3 wishes. After the storm comes the rainbow and I'm so glad that the storm has blown over already.

生日快乐

When I was younger, birthdays seemed magical, mystical even, somehow. It was as if at the stroke of midnight I’d suddenly feel different just because it was my birthday and my ‘special day’. Perhaps because I believed wholeheartedly in it, I really did feel different and happier on those days. However, as I grew older year by year… this mystical feeling starts wearing off. I won’t forget last year where it fell on the first day of school and was just like any other regular day. Fireworks didn’t go off, I didn’t feel special and nothing was different.

I guess my realization started then, that it was all just a play on the mind. I have always believed that birthday wishes do come true, and I still believe in it now. Though my brother once told me that what he wished for never materialized, I feel that it is what you wished for that should be practical. If not, how would it ever come true? It’s an oxymoron in a way, but true for my own case anyway.

After all, we are only given 1 day of the year to ‘celebrate’ ourselves. And if we don’t believe in birthdays being special, who else will want to make it special for us? :)

Happy birthday to me! And Happy 18th Birthday to Cabrina as well! See you all later :D

internet woes

The past few days have been quite saddening cause the internet at home encountered with some problems and I was unable to go online! Anyway, I'm at the library now trying to finish up my LAM report and it isn't easy. The sudden ability to use internet is leaving me very distracted 0_0

HAHAH. Plus, there's this uncle beside me who glances at my laptop screen once in a while.. odddd. :D

Oh and during the campus superstar finales on Channel U yesterday night, my sister and I kept looking for out my brother in the audience. We saw him several times! But his mouth was open everytime. hahaha.

时间!

(Kong probably won't read this cause she's too busy to blog hop but in the photo above [click to enlarge], the first thing I noticed that were on the walls is a "Kong" poster and it reminded me of zhen ning right away. So here's a shout out to you!)

Oh and Cab, they're not Big Bang! :P Hehhe.

Okay, I finally found out what day my foreign language programme is - Wednesday.

This is quite terrible cause this class starts at 6pm and I will be ending lessons at 1pm!!! I don't mind waiting up till 3 hours for lessons and stuff cause it's just the right amount of time to have a meal then maybe have project discussion or to do tutorials. But a 5 hour break is quite atrocious T_T

Hahhahaha. Just because TR03 ends classes really early thrice a week (1pm or before)... hmmm. I don't think that our early dismissals are something to celebrate about anymore. Booo.

time to get high !

I'm really tired but still looking forward to later on. Can't wait to see how it goes :) Managed to (at least) get a start on my report and I've completed my introduction. Tried learning the ~ dance but, omg does it look ugly. 0_0

I want to go out with my classmates! And go sing sing sing.. but that would mean money and I'm quite reluctant to spend on anything other than food. Oh only one more week to go and it'll be happy 1 year anniversary in Ngee Ann Poly. :D

Slow songs on a rainy day

I'm getting started on my LAM individual report on 'The Cruise Experience' and there are so many parts to it! This is making even creating the content page (for organizing purposes) difficult :( Next week will pretty much be entirely occupied with BAOC so I'd better hurry!

There's this person who reminds me of someone else I know. And I hope that the same thing doesn't occur again..

Feedback Fever

It's been a nice, busy week. I did go for my injection in the end and weirdly decided to leave home just as it was raining extremely heavily (but the rain stopped when I arrived at my destination). The procedure was over in a flash and it wasn't really painful, thank goodness! My left hand was rather weak for the rest of the day though.

After that, I even dropped by the pet store where I used to work at and chatted with Helen. I'm glad that although I left on a slightly unhappy/confused note, it's all been (hopefully) forgotten and left behind in the past already. :)

Group 7's been great so far and the practices for the skit usually have hilarious moments here and there which makes everything rather fun. I enjoy learning dances, and performances never fail to remind me of drama classes/performances at SHHK (新加坡福建会馆) ! The emotions, the feeling of belonging.. I don't think I'll ever forget those valuable experiences.

Oh yessss. Today's IS enrolment was screwed up. I ended up veering away from my initial choices (that I chose in the preference ranking) and chose the same modules & classes as my fellow TR03 people. I have no idea why we were panicking and all but it sure was nerve-wrecking experience with the server hanging & everyone being so flustered :D
